I encourage all participants of Leadership Development programs, whether training or coaching, complete a Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ) prior to the course.
Using this powerful and accurate tool, we are able to explore individual strengths and areas for development throughout the program, whereby tailoring the conversation to individual needs in coaching sessions whilst at the same time, creating a central language around leadership behaviours in terms of increasing resilience and positivity.
